What are the biblical principles for exercising authority in pastoral ministry, and how can power be used responsibly?

This seminar will delve into the biblical foundations of pastoral
leadership, focusing on how authority should be stewarded with humility, accountability, and a servant-hearted approach. We will also explore practical strategies to prevent the abuse of power and ensure integrity in ministry.
